    SEE ALSO...

KLHL31 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects KLHL31 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). KLHL31 Antibody (E-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. KLHL31, also known as kelch-like protein 31, is a 634 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes by functioning as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, which is essential for protein degradation and regulation of various signaling pathways. KLHL31 is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle and exhibits weaker expression in the heart, highlighting its importance in muscle development and function. KLHL31 structure includes one BACK (BTB/kelch associated) domain and six kelch repeats, which are critical for substrate protein interaction and E3 ligase complex formation. The BTB domain suggests KLHL31 may also influence chromatin structure and function for transcriptional regulation, thereby impacting gene expression. anti-KLHL31 antibody (E-2) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying muscle biology and related signaling pathways.
