IP3R-I Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody engineered to target the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type I (IP3R-I), also known as INSP3R1 or IP3R1. IP3R-I monoclonal antibody (E-8) is raised against amino acids 1894-1973 within the cytoplasmic domain of the human IP3R-I protein, ensuring precise recognition and binding. IP3R-I functions as a critical intracellular receptor for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3), acting as a calcium release channel that mediates calcium signaling in various cell types.
