Integrin αX Antibody (3.9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Integrin αX in human samples through applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Integrin αX is a type 1 transmembrane protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system by forming a leukocyte-specific integrin when combined with the β2 chain, known as the inactivated-C3b receptor 4 (CR4). Anti-Integrin αX antibody (3.9) is essential for studying neutrophil and monocyte adherence to activated endothelial cells, as well as phagocytosis of complement-coated particles, which is vital for an effective immune response.
