IGFBP1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 1 (IGFBP1) in human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGFBP1 plays a crucial role in regulating insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) bioavailability by binding to IGFs, which influences receptor interaction and modulates IGF signaling pathways.
