    SEE ALSO...

IFRD1 Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects IFRD1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IFRD1 (D-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Interferon-related developmental regulator-1 (IFRD1) plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating gene expression during development and in response to external stimuli. IFRD1 interacts with several key proteins, including transcription factors and signaling molecules, which are essential for mediating cellular responses to interferons and other growth factors. Understanding IFRD1 interactions is vital, as these can influence various biological pathways, including those involved in immune responses and muscle differentiation. IFRD1 expression is tightly regulated, and dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, making IFRD1 an important target for research in developmental biology and therapeutic interventions.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with IFRD1 (D-7): sc-515012?

    Asked by: jerojero
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not satisfactoryA cytoplasmic staining is observed in the colon, as expected. However it could be a non-specific signal because it is related to single isolated cells rather than small clusters of cancer cells. The staining is totally non-specific in carotid plaques.
