IFN-α/βRα Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the IFN-α/βRα protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). IFN-α/βRα monoclonal antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The type I interferon receptor, which includes IFN-α/βRα, plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the effects of type I interferons, which are vital for establishing an antiviral state in cells.
