SEE ALSO...

HSP 75 Antibody (TR1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects HSP 75 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSP 75 antibody (TR1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The heat shock protein 75, also known as tumor necrosis factor type 1 receptor-associated protein (TRAP1), is a crucial mitochondrial chaperone composed of 704 amino acids and belongs to the heat shock protein 90 family. HSP 75 assists in proper protein folding and assembly within mitochondria, which is vital for maintaining mitochondrial function and cellular homeostasis. Disruptions in HSP 75 function can lead to mitochondrial dysfunction, contributing to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. HSP 75 localization in mitochondria underscores its importance in energy metabolism and apoptosis regulation, making HSP 75 a significant target for research in cellular stress responses and therapeutic interventions.
