HSP 105 Antibody (21) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects HSP 105 in mouse, rat, human, hamster, and canine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). HSP 105, a member of the heat shock protein family, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses, particularly in germ cells where HSP 105 is specifically localized. HSP 105 is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis, especially under conditions of stress, as HSP 105 assists in the proper folding and stabilization of other proteins, including the tumor suppressor protein p53.
