Anti-hnRNP A1 antibody (9H10) is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile experimental use. hnRNP A1, a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, plays a crucial role in mRNA metabolism, including transcription, pre-mRNA processing, and mature mRNA transport to the cytoplasm for translation. hnRNP A1 is primarily located in the nucleus, where hnRNP A1 interacts with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) produced by RNA polymerase II, and is essential for forming spliceosomal complexes that facilitate mRNA splicing. hnRNP A1′s ability to shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm enables regulation of gene expression in response to cellular signals. hnRNP A1 interacts with various splicing factors, influencing splice site selection and impacting the diversity of mRNA isoforms produced from a single gene. I am using hnRNP A1 (9H10): sc-56700 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
