HNF-4α Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 295-465 of human HNF-4α, also referred to as Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 4 Alpha or NR2A1, with reactivity in mouse, rat, and human. Anti-HNF-4α antibody (H-1) supports applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HNF-4α is a transcription factor found predominantly in the nucleus, where HNF-4α binds DNA to regulate genes involved in lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and detoxification pathways, underscoring HNF-4α′s pivotal role in liver function and development.
