Heme Oxygenase 2 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Heme Oxygenase 2 (HMOX2) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HMOX2 antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HMOX2 plays a crucial role in producing carbon monoxide (CO) in the brain, where CO functions as a neurotransmitter, influencing various physiological processes.
