HDAC5 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Histone Deacetylase 5 (HDAC5) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Raised against amino acids 371-443 of human HDAC5, HDAC5 monoclonal antibody (B-11) targets HDAC5, a class IIa histone deacetylase involved in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation.
