SEE ALSO...

GROα/β/γ Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects GROα/β/γ protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GROα/β/γ Antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRO proteins, which belong to the C-X-C chemokine subfamily, are crucial for regulating cell motility and growth, acting as potent neutrophil chemoattractants and mediators of angiogenesis. These proteins are secreted in response to inflammatory stimuli and play a significant role in the immune response, particularly in recruiting immune cells to sites of infection or injury. GROα, β, and γ are involved in the progression of various diseases, including cancer, where these proteins may influence the transition of melanocytes to malignant melanoma. Understanding GRO protein function is essential for developing therapeutic strategies targeting inflammatory and oncogenic pathways, making anti-GROα/β/γ antibody (A-6) a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes.
