SEE ALSO...

GRK 6 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GRK 6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRK 6 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRK 6 plays a crucial role in regulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling, which is essential for numerous physiological processes, including vision, taste, and neurotransmission. Specifically, GRK 6 is involved in phosphorylating activated receptors, leading to desensitization and internalization, thereby modulating signaling response duration and intensity. This regulation maintains cellular homeostasis and prevents overstimulation of signaling pathways, which can lead to pathological conditions. GRK 6′s ability to interact with various receptor types, including those for neurotransmitters and hormones, underscores its importance in pharmacology and therapeutic interventions. Using anti-GRK 6 antibody (D-10) in research can provide insights into receptor regulation mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
