GPAA1 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GPAA1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GPAA1 features an N-terminal signal sequence, a phosphorylation site for cAMP- and cGMP-dependent protein kinases, two potential N-glycosylation sites, a leucine zipper motif, and eight predicted transmembrane domains, highlighting its complex structure and functional significance. GPAA1 is ubiquitously expressed, with notably higher levels in fetal tissues compared to adult tissues, underscoring its importance during development and in various physiological processes.
