Gas6 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Gas6 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gas6 (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Gas6 plays a crucial role in cell signaling, particularly as a ligand for the receptor tyrosine kinase Axl, which is involved in processes such as cell survival, proliferation, and migration.
