    SEE ALSO...

G-CSFR Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects G-CSFR protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-G-CSFR antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. G-CSFR plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis by mediating the effects of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which is essential for the proliferation and differentiation of neutrophil precursors in the bone marrow. This process is vital for maintaining the immune response, particularly during infections or inflammatory conditions. G-CSFR is unique among hematopoietic receptors as G-CSFR forms homodimeric complexes upon ligand binding, rather than the heteromeric complexes typical of other receptors in the cytokine/hematopoietic receptor superfamily. G-CSFR has four distinct alternative splice variants, one of which is a soluble receptor that can modulate G-CSF signaling. Understanding the structure and function of G-CSFR is important for developing therapeutic strategies targeting neutrophil-related disorders, making G-CSFR monoclonal antibody (A-7) an invaluable tool for researchers studying these pathways.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514639 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: cjMara
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
