Fc ε RIγ Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Fc ε RIγ in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Fc ε RIγ antibody (H-5) specifically targets the gamma chain of the high-affinity IgE receptor, which plays a crucial role in mediating allergic responses. Fc ε RIγ is primarily located on the surface of mast cells and basophils, where Fc ε RIγ is essential for the initiation of allergic reactions. Expression of Fc ε RIγ on these immune cells allows for the binding of IgE antibodies, leading to cell activation and the subsequent release of inflammatory mediators such as histamines and cytokines. Localization of Fc ε RIγ enables rapid responses to allergens, making Fc ε RIγ a key player in hypersensitivity reactions.
