SEE ALSO...

FBL8 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FBL8 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FBL8 Antibody (D-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FBL8, also known as F-box/LRR-repeat protein 8, consists of 374 amino acids and is encoded by the human gene FBXL8. FBL8 features a distinct F-box domain, which is crucial for its role in the SCF (Skp1-CUL-1-F-box protein) type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, facilitating the recognition and recruitment of substrates for ubiquitination. FBL8 regulates various cellular processes, including the cell cycle and immune responses, by targeting key proteins such as cyclins and β-catenin for proteasomal degradation. Additionally, FBL8 is involved in post-translational modifications that can influence interactions and functional outcomes, making FBL8 a vital component in maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways.
