Fascin 2 Antibody (G-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Fascin 2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Fascin 2 (G-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Fascin 2 plays a crucial role in organizing actin cytoskeleton, particularly in photoreceptor cells, where Fascin 2 is localized to inner and outer segments.
