ERβ Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Estrogen Receptor beta (ERβ) from mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ERβ antibody (B-1) comes in both conjugated and non-conjugated forms, offering flexibility for different experimental applications. Estrogen Receptor beta (ERβ) mediates estrogen effects, a hormone essential for reproductive tissue regulation and bone density maintenance.
