eHAND Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects eHAND in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). eHAND, also known as HAND1, HXT, or Thing1, is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in cardiac development, particularly in the formation of the heart′s left and right chambers. eHAND (B-4) antibody recognizes protein expression primarily on the left side of the developing heart tube and in the systemic ventricle, where eHAND is essential for proper segmentation of the heart during cardiogenesis. Precise regulation of eHAND ensures correct development of heart structures, which is critical for maintaining normal cardiac function. eHAND (B-4) monoclonal antibody helps study interactions with other proteins involved in cardiac development, such as dHAND, to coordinate complex processes of heart morphogenesis and asymmetry. anti-eHAND antibody (B-4) enables detection of target gene activation, highlighting eHAND′s importance in the intricate network of signaling pathways that govern heart formation and function.
