Cytokeratin 1/10 Antibody (2Q1048) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Cytokeratin 1 in mouse, rat, human, and porcine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Cytokeratin 1 antibody (2Q1048) targets the cytokeratin family, which consists of a diverse group of intermediate filament proteins essential for maintaining the structural integrity and function of epithelial cells. Cytokeratin 1 is crucial for the formation of the cytoskeleton in epithelial tissues, providing mechanical support and resilience against stress.
