Cytokeratin 10 Antibody (RKSE60) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cytokeratin 10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-Cytokeratin 10 antibody (RKSE60) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cytokeratin 10, also known as KRT10, forms a heterotetramer with keratin 1, consisting of two type I and two type II keratins in the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Cytokeratin 10 is predominantly located in the suprabasal layers of the epidermis, including the stratum corneum, and maintains the structural integrity and mechanical resilience of epithelial tissues. Cytokeratin 10 serves as a marker for keratinocyte differentiation and helps characterize squamous cell carcinomas.
