CUL-2 Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CUL-2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-CUL-2 antibody (C-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CUL-2 plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, particularly in the regulation of protein degradation, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and controlling various biological processes such as the cell cycle, signal transduction, and responses to stress.
