    SEE ALSO...

CTRP4 Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CTRP4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CTRP4 antibody (C-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CTRP4, also known as C1QTNF4, is a 329 amino acid secreted protein that plays a crucial role in immune homeostasis and is involved in various cellular processes. CTRP4 is characterized by two C1q domains and forms trimers that can assemble into higher-order structures, which is significant for functional diversity within the complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein family. CTRP4 gene is located on human chromosome 11, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Jervell and Lange-Nielsen syndrome and Jacobsen syndrome, highlighting CTRP4′s importance in maintaining cellular and systemic health. Using CTRP4 (C-4) antibody in research can provide insights into CTRP4′s role in various biological processes and potential implications in disease mechanisms.
