CPSF4, also known as Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor subunit 4, is a crucial nuclear protein that is part of the CPSF complex, which is essential for the proper processing of pre-mRNA, particularly in the formation of the 3′ end. This protein contains five C3H1-type zinc fingers and one CCHC-type zinc finger, which are important for structural integrity and function.
