Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong bands western blotWe used this antibody on lysates from human dermal fibroblasts. Primary antibody was used at 1:200 dilution and incubated for 1hr at RT, samples were blocked in 5% milk, and proteins blotted onto nitrocellulose.
