CLK1/4 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CLK1/4 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CLK1/4 (A-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CLK1 (CDC-like kinase 1) and CLK4 (CDC-like kinase 4) are crucial nuclear proteins belonging to the serine/threonine protein kinase family, playing a significant role in the regulation of RNA splicing by phosphorylating serine- and arginine-rich (SR) proteins within the spliceosomal complex.
