cGKIα/β Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects cGKIα/β in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-cGKIα/β antibody (G-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. cGKI, also known as PRKG1, plays a crucial role in regulating vascular smooth muscle relaxation by lowering intracellular calcium levels, which is vital for maintaining proper blood flow and pressure. cGKI exists as two isoforms, α and β, which differ in their N-terminal sequences but share a common kinase domain that facilitates the phosphorylation of target proteins.
