SEE ALSO...

CD64 Antibody (10.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD64 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD64 (10.1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD64, also known as FCGR1A, FcγRI, or high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor, is a surface glycoprotein that plays a critical role in the immune response by binding monomeric immunoglobulin G (IgG) with high affinity. CD64 is predominantly expressed on monocytes and macrophages, and expression can be induced in neutrophils following stimulation with interferon-gamma. CD64 functions as a mediator of phagocytosis and cell-mediated cytotoxicity, which are essential processes for pathogen clearance and immune response regulation. CD64 has been shown to interact with various signaling molecules, including Src family kinases such as Hck and Lyn, which enhance signaling capabilities upon receptor cross-linking. This interaction activates immune cells and subsequent immune response, highlighting CD64′s significance in both innate and adaptive immunity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work on FFPE sectionsThe antibody doesn't work for IHC on FFPE. I’ve tried even tonsil and bone marrow. No reaction at all or nuclear staining if I concentrate the antibody.
