CD34 Antibody (BI-3C5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD34 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD34 (BI-3C5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD34 is a heavily glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, particularly in the context of hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial cells.
