Cbl Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody engineered to recognize the Cbl protein, also known as c-Cbl, CBL proto-oncogene, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL, Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene, and RING finger protein 55. Cbl monoclonal antibody (C-3) targets an epitope spanning amino acids 607-906 at the C-terminus of the human Cbl protein, ensuring precise and reliable binding. The Cbl protein is primarily localized in the cytoplasm, where Cbl functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, playing a crucial role in regulating signal transduction pathways by mediating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of specific target proteins.
