Caspase-3 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect human caspase-3 protein, also known as apopain, SCA-1, Yama, and CPP32. Caspase-3 monoclonal antibody (E-8) targets the full-length precursor form of caspase-3, encompassing amino acids 1-277, and is recommended for use in western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (including paraffin-embedded samples), flow cytometry (FCM), and ELISA.
