Axin Antibody (2B11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Axin protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Axin antibody (2B11) is available as the non-conjugated format. Axin plays a crucial role in regulating the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. By acting as a scaffold, Axin facilitates the formation of a complex that includes β-catenin, adenomatous polyposis coli (APC), and glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK-3β), promoting β-catenin degradation.
