ATPAF1 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ATPAF1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ATPAF1 (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ATPAF1, also known as ATP synthase mitochondrial F1 complex assembly factor 1, plays a crucial role in the assembly of the F1 component of ATP synthase, which is essential for ATP production in mitochondria.
