ARL4D Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ARL4D of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARL4D Antibody (F-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARL4D, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4D, is a 201 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the ADP-ribosylation factor family of GTP-binding proteins. ARL4D plays a crucial role in membrane-associated intracellular trafficking, which is essential for maintaining cellular organization and function. By promoting ARF6 activation and modulating actin remodeling through ARNO regulation, ARL4D is involved in critical processes such as vesicular transport and cytoskeletal dynamics. Furthermore, mutations in ARL4D have been implicated in Bardet-Biedl syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects multiple systems in the body, highlighting ARL4D′s importance in both normal cellular function and disease.
