    SEE ALSO...

APCDD1L Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects APCDD1L protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). APCDD1L (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. APCDD1L protein, also known as adenomatosis polyposis coli down-regulated 1, is a 514 amino acid single-pass type I membrane protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of the β-catenin signaling pathway, which is vital for cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. APCDD1L protein is predominantly expressed in the ovary, heart, pancreas, and prostate, with lower expression levels found in the spleen, lung, kidney, liver, and colon. APCDD1L′s significance lies in its potential involvement in colorectal tumorigenesis, as APCDD1L acts as a developmental target of the β-catenin pathway, highlighting APCDD1L′s importance in cancer research. The gene encoding human APCDD1L is located on chromosome 18, a region associated with various genetic disorders, including Trisomy 18 and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, underscoring APCDD1L′s clinical relevance in understanding disease mechanisms.
