    SEE ALSO...

Aiolos Antibody (H-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Aiolos of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Aiolos antibody (H-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Aiolos, also known as zinc finger protein Ikaros 3 or ZNFN1A3, is a crucial 509 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in lymphocyte differentiation regulation. Mutations in Aiolos can lead to leukemogenesis, highlighting its importance in hematopoiesis and immune system integrity. Predominantly expressed in the spleen, thymus, and peripheral blood leukocytes, Aiolos contains six C2H2-type zinc fingers, a structural motif essential for DNA binding and forming both homodimers and heterodimers with other Ikaros family members, such as Ikaros and Helios. These interactions are critical for transcriptional regulation of genes involved in immune cell development and function. Aiolos (H-8) antibody is an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune regulation complexities and molecular mechanisms underlying hematological malignancies.
