Aiolos Antibody (3H5-G7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the Aiolos protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Aiolos (3H5-G7) antibody is available as the non-conjugated isotype antibody. Aiolos, also known as zinc finger protein Ikaros 3 or ZNFN1A3, is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 509 amino acids that plays a significant role in lymphocyte differentiation regulation. This function is vital for proper immune system development, ensuring appropriate T-cell maturation and activation essential for adaptive immunity.
