VIP Activators

Common VIP Activators include, but are not limited to Retinoic Acid, all trans CAS 302-79-4, Forskolin CAS 66575-29-9, Progesterone CAS 57-83-0, β-Estradiol CAS 50-28-2 and Dexamethasone CAS 50-02-2.

VIP activators are compounds designed to stimulate the activity or enhance the effects of VIP (Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide). VIP is a 28-amino acid neuropeptide that belongs to a family of structurally similar peptides, including glucagon, secretin, and growth hormone-releasing factor. It is widely distributed throughout the body, with pronounced presence in the gastrointestinal system, the central and peripheral nervous systems, and the cardiovascular system. In these regions, VIP exerts a multitude of biological actions.
