Pulmonary Surfactant-Associated Protein Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine Vielzahl von Antikörpern gegen Lungensurfactant-assoziierte Proteine für die Forschung im Bereich der Lungenfunktion und Surfactant-Biologie. Pulmonale Surfactant-assoziierte Protein-Antikörper sind mit verschiedenen Techniken kompatibel, darunter Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit Paraffineinbettung (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Lungensurfactant-assoziierte Proteine verringern die Oberflächenspannung in den Alveolen, verhindern einen Lungenkollaps und erleichtern den Gasaustausch. Die Proteine halten die pulmonale Homöostase aufrecht und sind an Immunreaktionen in der Lunge beteiligt. Eine Dysregulation der pulmonalen Surfactant-assoziierten Proteine kann zu verschiedenen Atemwegserkrankungen führen, was sie zu wichtigen Zielen für die Erforschung von Lungenkrankheiten macht. Das Verständnis der molekularen Mechanismen der pulmonalen Surfactant-assoziierten Proteine hilft bei der Entwicklung therapeutischer Strategien für Atemwegserkrankungen.
