GSTA Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine umfassende Sammlung von GSTA-Antikörpern für die Untersuchung von Glutathion-S-Transferasen (GSTs) in zellulären Prozessen. Die monoklonalen GSTA-Antikörper sind für verschiedene Anwendungen validiert, darunter Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit in Paraffin eingebetteten Schnitten (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Glutathion-S-Transferasen sind lebenswichtige Enzyme, die die Entgiftung schädlicher Verbindungen, darunter Medikamente und Umweltgifte, erleichtern, indem sie die Konjugation von Glutathion mit verschiedenen Substraten katalysieren. GST-Enzyme dienen als Schlüsselkomponenten der zellulären Abwehrmechanismen und werden mit zahlreichen Krankheiten in Verbindung gebracht, darunter Krebs und neurodegenerative Störungen.
