ZNF281 Activators

ZNF281 activators are diverse in their chemical structure and function. They belong to different classes of compounds, including polyphenols (Curcumin, Resveratrol, Quercetin), inorganics (LiCl), synthetic small molecules (BIO, Chir99021, SRT1720, SRT2104), carboxylic acids (Valproic Acid), ketones (Trichostatin A), isothiocyanates (Sulforaphane), and esters (Dimethyl Fumarate).These compounds can have distinct mechanisms of action, but they all indirectly affect ZNF281 through the modulation of different cellular pathways.
