UROC28 Activators

The activators for Prostate and Breast Cancer Overexpressed 1 (PBOV1) primarily target broader aspects of cancer cell proliferation, survival, and common oncogenic pathways. These compounds include both chemotherapy agents and targeted therapies that can indirectly influence the activity or expression of PBOV1 in cancer cells. Natural compounds such as curcumin, resveratrol, and sulforaphane have been studied for their potential anti-cancer properties and might modulate PBOV1 activity or expression indirectly. Metformin, known for its anti-diabetic properties, has also been explored for potential anti-cancer effects and may influence PBOV1. These compounds do not specifically target PBOV1 but are involved in pathways that could indirectly impact its expression or activity in the context of cancer.
