Rab 35 Inhibitors

The class of Rab1 Inhibitors encompasses a group of chemical compounds that are designed to selectively target and inhibit the activity of the Rab1 protein. Additionally, CAAX box peptides competitively inhibit Rab1 prenylation by binding to the prenylation site, interfering with its membrane association.
