Olfr544 Activators

Olfr544 activators are molecules that can modulate G protein signaling, adenylate cyclase activity, and intracellular calcium and cAMP levels. These compounds might indirectly influence the functional activity of Olfr544 by affecting the common signaling pathways that GPCRs are involved in.

Forskolin, IBMX, Cholera toxin, Pertussis toxin, SQ 22536, and NF449 are all compounds that could potentially modulate adenylate cyclase activity or G protein signaling. Forskolin stimulates adenylate cyclase, increasing cAMP levels, while IBMX inhibits phosphodiesterase, preventing cAMP degradation. Finally, U73122 is a phospholipase C inhibitor that could potentially influence the downstream signaling of Olfr544.
