Mi2-b Activators

Mi-2 beta (Mi2-β), also known as CHD4, is part of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex, which plays a role in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation. A class of compounds called Mi2-β activators would include molecules that can enhance the activity of this chromatin remodeler. Discovering activators for Mi2-β would typically require the development of an assay that can accurately measure the chromatin remodeling activity of the NuRD complex.
