IL-11Rα2 Inhibitors
IL-11Rα2 Inhibitors are a class of compounds that inhibit the expression or activity of the IL-11Rα2 protein. IL-11Rα2 is a protein that plays a critical role in the immune response and in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation. IL-11Rα2 binds to interleukin-11 (IL-11), a cytokine that is produced by activated T cells and macrophages. IL-11Rα2 signaling activates intracellular signaling pathways that lead to the production of inflammatory cytokines, the inhibition of apoptosis, and the promotion of cell growth and differentiation.
IL-11Rα2 Inhibitors exert their effect by modulating different aspects of IL-11Rα2 biology. By modulating IL-11Rα2 expression or activity, IL-11Rα2 Inhibitors can influence the immune response, cell growth, and differentiation.
