Ets-1 Inhibitors

Ets-1 inhibitors are compounds that selectively target and inhibit the activity of the Ets-1 (E26 transformation-specific-1) protein, a member of the Ets family of transcription factors. Ets-1 is characterized by a distinctive DNA-binding domain known as the Ets domain, through which it binds to specific DNA sequences to regulate gene expression. The Ets-1 protein is involved in the control of various genetic programs including those related to cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.
